Comprised of seasonal naturally processed lots sourced directly from producers across Brazil and Ethiopia, the two origins play off each other brilliantly: Brazil brings a big, buttery, creamy body and structured base, while Ethiopia layers in its high-noted fruit character with juicy blueberry and red grape. The result is a syrupy, bold, and expressive cup with notes of milk chocolate, red grape, and blueberry — equally at home black or with milk.
