La Siberia Bourbon Washed comes from Proud Mary Coffee, grown by the Silva family at Finca La Siberia in Chalchuapa, Santa Ana, El Salvador, at 1,450–1,675 MASL — a Proud Mary partner since 2015. The farm has been in the Silva family since 1870, named for its chaotic climate and the challenging trails that lead to it. With knowledge passed down over six generations, the family has turned La Siberia into one of El Salvador's most renowned estates, earning multiple Cup of Excellence placements. Today, Rafael Jr. manages day-to-day operations, blending his father's traditional approach with a new spirit of experimentation — meticulous at every stage from picking to drying. This washed Bourbon is clean, sweet, and deeply approachable, with notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and stone fruit.
