Finca La Siberia has belonged to the Silva family since 1870. Located in Santa Ana, El Salvador, it takes its name from the difficult climate and demanding trails around the farm. Six generations of experience underpin the estate’s coffee production, and Proud Mary has worked with the family since 2015. This offering is the farm’s washed Bourbon lot.

Rafael Silva Jr. now oversees daily farm operations and processing at the family mill. He combines the traditional methods learned from his father with experimentation, tracking the coffee carefully from picking through drying and export. The resulting cup is sweet and approachable, with milk chocolate, caramel and stone-fruit notes. It offers a comforting balance for both filter and espresso preparation.
