Pacas Family comes from Proud Mary Coffee, sourced from the legendary Pacas family — five generations of coffee farmers in Santa Ana, El Salvador, and one of Proud Mary's longest-standing producer relationships since 2012. This washed Pacamara, a distinctive hybrid of Pacas and Maragogipe developed by the Salvadoran Institute of Coffee Research, is composed of lots blended across all the family's farms for efficiency and consistency. The result is a classic, comforting cup with a rich milk chocolate body, sweet caramel, and jammy fig — equally rewarding as filter or espresso.
