Gachika AA comes from Prodigal Coffee, co-founded by world-renowned coffee author and consultant Scott Rao. Sourced from the Gachika Coffee Factory in Kiambu, Kenya, this washed lot of SL-28, Batian, and Ruiru varieties is processed using a classic Kenyan washed method — including an overnight rest and traditional soaking step — to accentuate a crisp, vibrant profile. The result is a clean, expressive filter coffee with bright notes of grapefruit and orange, rounded out by a juicy red grape sweetness.
