This lot is another standout release from a farm known for its consistency and precision. Following strong impressions from previous Caturra/Colombia and Tropical Silk Geisha selections, this offering continues that trajectory of quality. In the cup, expect expressive notes of peach, orange marmalade, and delicate florals, supported by a clean structure and vibrant acidity.

The Lopez family has a long history of recognition in the Colombian Cup of Excellence, reflecting generations of dedication to high-quality coffee production. This particular lot was managed by Nilson Lopez. After selective harvesting of fully ripe cherries, the coffee underwent density sorting, pulping, and a 36-hour aerobic fermentation, not anaerobic. It was then fully washed and shade dried for approximately 18 to 22 days.
