Pilot Coffee - Kii – Kenya

Kii is a vibrant washed coffee from Kirinyaga, Kenya, grown by smallholder farmers at 1,600–1,900 metres near the foothills of Mount Kenya. The combination of rich volcanic soil, high elevation, and classic SL-28 and SL-34 varieties creates an exceptionally bright and expressive cup. Expect juicy mango and papaya flavours supported by sparkling acidity and lively sweetness. Roasted for filter brewing, Kii shines especially as a pour-over, where its tropical fruit character and crisp, energetic finish can fully develop.
