Ana Sora is an exceptional natural-process coffee from Ethiopia’s Guji Zone, grown at an impressive 1,900–2,350 metres. Produced from local landrace varieties and carefully sorted before natural processing, it is known for its unmistakable strawberry character and vibrant fruitiness. The cup combines juicy strawberry with bright yuzu, creating a lively and refreshing profile with sparkling acidity and a sweet, fruit-forward finish. Roasted for filter brewing, Ana Sora is especially expressive as a pour-over, where its distinctive tropical and berry notes can fully shine.
