Ana Sora is produced in Ethiopia’s Guji Zone by Israel Degfa, owner of Ana Sora Washing Station and CEO of Kerchanshe Coffee. The extreme elevation slows cherry ripening and supports the coffee’s concentrated fruit character.

Landrace cherries are sorted in float tanks before natural processing. Pilot highlights an unmistakable strawberry note, bright yuzu acidity and a juicy finish, with recipes provided for drip, espresso and immersion brewing.
