Kelloo Wete Konga is a washed Ethiopian coffee sourced from small producers in Wete Konga, Yirgacheffe, at about 2,100 metres. White flowers, plum, and apricot create a bright, structured cup with the elegance and fruit definition associated with high-altitude heirloom coffees.

Parcel describes the profile as reminiscent of Earl Grey tea, including a refined bitterness on the finish. Roasted at the very light 1/5 intensity for filter brewing, the coffee retains its floral lift, stone-fruit sweetness, and clean tea-like character.
