This naturally processed Red Bourbon comes from smallholder producers supplying Kanzu Station near Lake Kivu in Rwanda. Volcanic soils and careful cherry selection support the quality of the community’s coffees.

The cup combines plum and dried apricot with milk chocolate and molasses sweetness. Onyx roasts this release to a moderate level for filter or espresso.
