This naturally processed Java comes from the Rodriguez family's Bolivian coffee program. Led by Pedro Rodriguez with Daniela and Pedro Pablo, the family has developed Agricafe over decades, growing coffee in Caranavi and Samaipata while exploring new farming and processing techniques.

Monogram has worked with the family for more than ten years. Java, known for its elongated seeds, large cherries and elegant cup quality, takes on a particularly expressive character in Bolivia's high-elevation growing conditions. Natural processing adds generous fruit sweetness, with plum, chocolate and strawberry forming the main tasting notes. This filter version balances juicy fruit with a richer chocolate foundation, making the variety's distinctive character approachable as well as expressive.
