Tasting notes: Raisin, Melon, Fudge

The Rodríguez family has shaped specialty coffee in Bolivia since 1986. Pedro Rodríguez and his children, Daniela and Pedro Pablo, have grown Agricafé from a regional milling operation into one of the country's leading coffee producers. Across farms in Caranavi and Samaipata, they continue to test farming and processing approaches while sharing their experience with other producers.

This lot is a naturally processed Caturra roasted for espresso. The process brings out the fruit-forward side of a variety known for balance and sweetness, with raisin and melon at the centre of the cup and a rich fudge note underneath. Monogram has worked with the Rodríguez family and Agricafé for more than a decade.
