The Rodriguez family has worked in Bolivian coffee since 1986. Pedro Rodriguez, together with his children Daniela and Pedro Pablo, developed Agricafe from a regional milling operation into a producer with farms in Caranavi and Samaipata. Monogram's relationship with the family spans more than a decade.
Alongside their own farming and processing experiments, the family shares knowledge with other producers and works on more productive, sustainable approaches to growing coffee. This lot is a naturally processed Caturra, a variety valued for its balance and sweetness. Raisin, melon and fudge combine fruit expression with rich sweetness. Offered here for filter brewing, it shows a more fruit-forward side of a familiar Latin American variety.
