Brazil Decaf Omni comes from Mame Coffee Roasters, sourced from the Comercio farm in Santos, Brazil, and decaffeinated using the chemical-free Swiss Water Process to preserve the coffee's natural character. Mame's one and only decaffeinated offering — and one they're particularly proud of. The espresso shot is exceptionally smooth, with a marzipan-like sweetness and delicate sugarcane notes, while also performing beautifully as a filter brew. It pairs wonderfully with both cow and plant-based milks. Expect warm notes of ginger bread, almond, and sugar cane in every cup.
