Colombia El Origen Pink Bourbon Thermal Shock Washed comes from Lilo Coffee Roasters, produced by David Bedoya at El Origen Coffee Farm in Montenegro, Quindío, Colombia, at 1,380–1,400 MASL. The Bedoya family has been involved in coffee production for over 100 years, with El Origen representing five generations of farming expertise brought together under one vision. The thermal shock washed process — which introduces a rapid temperature shift during fermentation and rinsing — locks in flavor precursors with exceptional clarity and structure. The result is a playful, candy-like cup bursting with sweet-tart white peach and orange blossom, pink grapefruit and honey, finishing with a delightful soda-like effervescence.
