Rutas del Inca is produced by smallholder members of the Rutas del Inca cooperative on high-altitude farms in Cajamarca, Peru.

The cooperative was founded in 2013 and has rebuilt around transparent leadership, organic certification and agroforestry support. This washed Caturra and Catuai lot is bright, delicate and deeply sweet, with citrus and dried-fruit character. Producer: Rutas del Inca farmers.
