La Cabra - El Oromazo

Tasting notes: Bright citrus, dried fruit, apple and grape

El Oromazo is produced by smallholder members of CDNT, La Cabra's long-term partners in northern Tolima, Colombia.

The cup balances bright citrus with deep dried-fruit sweetness, lifted by apple and grape. Caturra and Castillo are washed and lightly roasted for both filter and espresso. Producer: CDNT farmers.
