Kaffeelix Githiga PB Espresso is a washed peaberry coffee sourced from the Githiga Wet Mill in Kangema, Murang'a County, Kenya, at 1,700 MASL. One of two processing facilities operated by the Kanyenaini Farmers Cooperative Society — established in 1953 with 980 member farmers — the Githiga mill is known for its meticulous double washing process using clean water from the Githiga stream. Featuring SL28 and SL34 varieties, this peaberry lot concentrates flavour with characteristic intensity, delivering a vibrant, fruit-forward espresso with blackcurrant, rosehip, clementine, and red apple, rounded out by a smooth caramel finish.
