Kaffeelix Coffee Roasters - Ethiopia Gotiti Washed Organic

This organic washed coffee is processed at the Eva Gotiti Wet Processing Station in Gedeb Wereda, southern Ethiopia. Since 2022, the station has processed cherries from 868 small producers in the area.

Cherries are sorted with water, depulped and fermented in temperature-controlled tanks. After washing, the parchment dries on raised beds for about 10-14 days, producing a clean, balanced and elegant cup.
