This F1 Centroamericano comes from Aquiares Estate in Turrialba, Costa Rica, a farm founded in 1890 on the slopes of the Turrialba volcano.

For the red honey process, the cherries are depulped, pre-dried for two days and then dried on raised beds for eight days with their mucilage intact. The result is smooth, balanced and velvety.
