Fourth-generation producer Sebastian Ramirez grows this Gesha at El Placer in Quindio, Colombia.

The cherries ferment anaerobically for 48 hours at 18 C, followed by canopy drying, a 48-hour immersion in oxygenated water and two controlled drying stages. The cup is floral and refined, with a silky, tea-like body.
