Letty is a beautifully expressive coffee from Finca El Paraiso, crafted using a double anaerobic fermentation process at low temperatures with tropical yeast. A final thermal shock wash helps preserve the coffee’s vibrant aromatics and refined structure, resulting in a cup that is both elegant and remarkably complex.
Delicate notes of white peach lead the profile, complemented by the creamy florality of jasmine milk tea and the soft perfume of dried rose. A silky mouthfeel, medium body, and lingering acidity create a beautifully balanced cup with layers of sweetness and floral complexity that unfold with every sip.
