Grown by Gildardo López Hoyos at Finca Calamar in the high mountains of Huila, Colombia, this washed Pink Bourbon showcases the vibrant character that has made the variety a favourite among specialty coffee enthusiasts. Cultivated at elevations of 1,950–2,000 metres and processed through an extended fermentation, the coffee develops exceptional sweetness, clarity, and aromatic complexity.
In the cup, bright citrus acidity is complemented by delicate rosemary flower aromatics and a refreshing juniper-like finish. Clean, expressive, and beautifully structured, this coffee offers a unique balance of herbal elegance and vibrant fruit character, highlighting both the exceptional terroir of Huila and the careful craftsmanship behind every harvest.
