Vantage is Ethica's washed espresso from Colombia, designed as a versatile roast for a range of espresso drinks. Sourced from high-altitude smallholder farms in Nariño, it delivers a balanced, creamy profile of milk chocolate and toasted almond with a bright marmalade finish.

Colombia's varied geography, climate, soils, and elevations support distinctive coffee profiles, while careful cultivation and harvesting help preserve clarity and sweetness. Ethica's published espresso recipe uses an 18-gram dose, a 36-gram yield, a 24–28 second extraction, and water at 92–93°C.
