Escape Coffee - Thà Bom - Nicaragua - Anaerobic Washed

Tasting notes: S’more, Chocolate Wafer, Red Apple

Thà Bom is a returning Escape Coffee favourite that first appeared on the menu in 2020. After time away and a sourcing update, it has returned as a legacy coffee that reconnects the roaster’s present lineup with one of its earliest releases.

The current Thà Bom is a washed anaerobic Java from multiple producers in Nicaragua’s Jinotega and Dipilto region, grown at 1,200–1,450 metres. Roasted in Escape’s Warm Series style, it combines the toasty sweetness of s’more and chocolate wafer with crisp red apple, and is intended for both filter and espresso preparation.
