This washed anaerobic Java from Nicaragua is roasted to a warm, comforting profile, balancing sweet notes of s’more and chocolate wafer with the crisp fruitiness of red apple. A nostalgic yet refreshed single origin that brings together rich sweetness, gentle fruit, and a warm, toasty character.
