Worka Wuri is grown in Gedeb, within Ethiopia’s celebrated Yirgacheffe coffee region, at elevations between 1,900 and 2,100 metres. Cool conditions and slow cherry maturation contribute to the aromatic character of its indigenous Heirloom varieties.

Washed processing keeps the profile clear and focused. The roaster’s notes of peach, green tea and orange suggest a cup that moves from rounded fruit sweetness to delicate tea-like freshness. This is a useful companion to Aricha Wubanchi for exploring two distinct washed Ethiopian coffees from the same Florence roaster.
