Las Perlitas brings together carefully selected smallholder lots from Huila, Colombia. This washed Pink Bourbon grows between 1,900 and 2,300 metres, with individual lots assessed before they become part of the final selection.

The roaster’s label lists cranberry, yellow plum and toffee. Those notes combine tart fruit, softer stone-fruit sweetness and a caramel-like finish. Roasted in Florence, this coffee offers a distinctive Colombian counterpoint to the more chocolate-led options in the collection, with enough aromatic detail to explore through filter coffee or espresso.
