DE MELLO - Lollipop

Tasting notes: Lime Cola, Fig Jam, Papaya

Lollipop is a 50/50 blend of coffees from Rwanda and Ethiopia. The Rwandan component features Red Bourbon grown in the volcanic landscape of Nyamasheke, while the Ethiopian component comes from highland forest coffee, bringing two distinct origins together in one expressive blend.

De Mello designed this edition to emphasize sweetness and body more than the tangy acidity of earlier versions. The cup combines lime-cola brightness with fig-jam sweetness and a ripe papaya character for a playful, fruit-forward profile.
