This innovative Red Catuai undergoes a cinnamon anaerobic process, yielding a uniquely aromatic and expressive cup that highlights both the quality of the origin and the creativity of its producer.

Pretty light flavor, i run this at a pretty fine grind setting. It can be a decent latte, and some light cinnamon notes do get through. Also, some excellent packaging! The sale price made it worth the purchase.

I was looking for getting Tarrazu (Costa Rican) beans, when I bumped into this specific package. I ordered it online, and it came packed in incredibly tasteful and well designed packaging. The taste of the coffee (I use the on stove machinetta) was scrumptious, so I ended up ordering more of this special blend. I could definitely taste some fruit and cinnamon flavors in it.
