Indonesia Mt. Ijen is a vibrant natural coffee grown on the volcanic slopes of East Java, where mineral-rich soils and high elevations encourage slow cherry development. A blend of Komasti, Andungsari, Bourbon, and Kartika varieties brings layers of character to the cup, with soft strawberry sweetness, bright tangerine acidity, and a smooth, velvety body. Carefully handpicked, sorted, and naturally dried for 11–13 days, this coffee offers a distinctive and expressive taste of the Ijen highlands.
