Elto Coffee is the project of Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene, a couple from Sidama Bensa focused on exclusive Ethiopian nano-lots. This 74158 coffee comes from Elora Washing Station at 2,400 metres, where ripe cherries from nearby smallholder communities are selected for an anaerobic washed process.

The producers combine traditional knowledge with contemporary processing to emphasize clarity and complexity in Sidama coffees. Their work is built around careful lot handling, long-term partnerships and traceability, giving this nano-lot a precise, clean expression while respecting the land, the growers and the future of specialty coffee.
