Sugar Rush is an indulgent natural coffee from El Rubí in San Adolfo, Huila, Colombia, produced by Wilder Lazo, Segundo Lazo, and Heiner Lasso at 1,900 metres above sea level. This unique Sidamo Heirloom lot is the result of Ethiopian coffee successfully cultivated in Colombian soil, with only around 1,200 trees currently growing at the farm. The ripe cherries are naturally processed and slowly dried in shaded marquesinas for approximately 14 days, helping preserve the variety’s expressive floral character and intense fruit sweetness. In the cup, expect luscious notes of strawberry ice cream, pineapple juice, and raspberry, creating a vibrant, juicy, and beautifully sweet coffee with a creamy Colombian body and elegant floral complexity.
