Gotiti is an expressive washed Ethiopian coffee from the Eva Gotiti Wet Coffee Processing Station in Gedeb Wereda, Gedeo Zone, produced by 868 smallholder farmers at an elevation of 2,000–2,100 metres. Featuring Ethiopian heirloom varieties 74110 and 74112, this coffee earned an impressive SCA score of 87.25. Its carefully controlled washed process includes fermentation in temperature-controlled water tanks before being dried on raised beds for 10–14 days. In the cup, Gotiti offers elegant notes of white peach, cooked strawberry, fig, and rhubarb, combining juicy fruit character with a structured body and precise acidity. Designed as a seasonal espresso, it delivers a vibrant and fruit-forward profile while maintaining the structure and balance needed for espresso.
