Big Sur Coffee - San Antonio Geisha - Colombia - Semi-Washed

This semi-washed Geisha comes from Nilson Luis López and Lida Cielo López’s Finca San Antonio at 2,100 metres in Buesaco, Nariño. Harvested in June–July 2026, it offers a different expression of the same farm and variety as the fully washed selection.

Less intensive washing leaves some natural mucilage on the coffee during slow drying. Big Sur describes a cup with pronounced candy and honey-like sweetness while retaining Geisha’s clarity: florals, orange candy, sweet apricot, honey tangerine and black plum.
