Santa Inês is a natural Yellow Bourbon produced by Luiz Paulo Pereira in Carmo de Minas at 1,200 metres. The coffee’s familiar nut and chocolate character is expressed through notes of almond, milk chocolate and cooked brown sugar, creating a smooth, comforting profile developed for espresso.

Luiz Paulo Pereira’s family coffee story began in 1967 when his father, Isidro Pereira, bought the farm; father and son began managing it together five years later. Luiz later expanded coffee planting, invested in processing equipment and encouraged careful post-harvest work through training and employee incentives, reflecting a long-term focus on quality and innovation.
