This Sustainable Profile coffee was produced by Alejo Castro at Volcan Azul in Costa Rica. The project is designed as an accessible everyday coffee while keeping the farm, producer, varieties, and processing information visible throughout the supply chain.

The washed lot combines Caturra and Catuai grown at 1,500 to 1,600 metres. April applies a medium roast for a rich, sweet profile suited to espresso and filter, with published notes of milk chocolate, brown sugar, and red cherries.
