At Finca El Tesoro in Palestina, Huila, producer Victor Barrera cultivates roughly 4,500 Tabi trees. He has expanded the farm’s processing infrastructure, including movable raised beds that allow the team to manage drying conditions more carefully.

This washed lot grows at about 1,700 metres and undergoes wet fermentation. April describes a vivid fruit profile, complex acidity, and a soft, velvety body, with plum, red apple, and brown-sugar notes in the cup.
