Les Tassés is a unique Colombian coffee created by 94 Celcius in collaboration with renowned producer Wilton Benitez. Sourced from Finca El Macarena at 2,200 metres, the coffee brings together Castillo, Tabi, Gesha, Maragogype, Caturra, and Bourbon varieties through a washed process. Selected from beans that differ slightly in size or appearance but share the same harvest, varieties, and processing as premium lots, Les Tassés challenges conventional sorting standards while helping reduce waste. In the cup, expect expressive notes of exotic fruits, milk chocolate, and vanilla with a rich, sweet character.
