Supernova is a smooth and versatile blend created for filter drinkers who enjoy a little more body. It combines washed coffees from Colombia and Honduras to deliver a creamy, sweet cup with subtle fruit, cocoa, and chocolate warmth. The blend remains balanced and approachable, and it also performs well as espresso.

The current blend is split evenly between Colombia and Honduras. Its Colombian component comes from Wilton Benitez at Finca El Macarena in Cauca, with varieties including Castillo, Tabi, Gesha, Maragogipe, Caturra, and Bourbon grown around 2,200 metres. The Honduran component is Parainema from Sara Priscila Cerrato at Finca Las Penas in El Paraíso, grown around 1,300 metres.
