94 Celcius - Othosololo - Ethiopia - Honey
Tasting notes: Orange, Concord Grape, Wildflowers
Othosololo is a vibrant Ethiopian coffee from the high-altitude Guji region, sourced from Osolo Station in collaboration with Daye Bensa. Grown at 2,240–2,280 metres and made from JARC 74158, 74112, and 74110 varieties, this honey-processed coffee delivers an expressive combination of juicy orange, Concord grape, and wildflowers. Its silky, slightly syrupy texture and bright floral sweetness make for a beautifully complex and refreshing cup.
This lot comes from Osolo Station in the highlands of Greitu Korsa, where roughly 150 to 200 smallholder farmers from nearby communities deliver ripe cherries through Daye Bensa. After selection, the cherries are pulped without water so part of the sweet mucilage remains, then dried for 12 to 13 days on raised African beds with regular turning. The method preserves floral clarity while building sweetness, texture, and fruit intensity.
