Named for the carefree joy of summer adventures in Japan, when bright sunshine and clear blue skies make the heart feel lighter, this lightly roasted blend of Ethiopia, Colombia, and Kenya was crafted to capture the spirit of the season in every sip. It opens with vibrant notes of grapefruit, Amanatsu, and lemon peel, bursting with bright citrus character, before settling into a refreshing orange soda-like finish that lingers playfully on the palate. Equally expressive as espresso or filter — best enjoyed before the season ends.
