Grown by Cafelino at Santa Elena Estate in Panama’s highlands of Boquete, this 87-point Obata showcases a smooth and structured profile. The washed process highlights the variety’s natural elegance, bringing notes of sweet Brazil nuts, rich caramel, and dried figs to the cup. A creamy texture adds depth, while the dried fruit character creates a lingering and indulgent finish. Roasted for espresso, this coffee offers a balanced combination of sweetness, body, and refined flavour, making it an excellent expression of Obata from the high-altitude terroir of Boquete.
