This exceptional lot comes from Potosí Farm, one of the flagship estates of the renowned Granja La Esperanza, under the direction of Rigoberto Herrera, a pioneer of Colombia’s specialty coffee movement. Grown at elevations between 1,400 and 1,850 metres, this Red Bourbon has been carefully processed using the Honey method, preserving the coffee cherry’s mucilage during drying to enhance natural sweetness and create a syrupy, textured cup.
In the cup, this coffee reveals a dense yet beautifully balanced structure. Bright red plum acidity brings vibrancy and roundness, layered with smooth caramel sweetness that adds depth and elegance. The experience finishes with a lingering dark chocolate note, creating a rich, fruity, and satisfyingly powerful profile that reflects the excellence of Granja La Esperanza.
