Tanat - Alo Bombe - Ethiopia - ZFWA
Tasting notes: Jasmine, White peach, Sencha tea
Alo Bombe ZFWA comes from Tanat Coffee, produced by Tamiru Tadesse in the village of Bombe, Bensa, Ethiopia. ZFWA — Zero Fermentation Washed — is a meticulous process in which ripe cherries are carefully sorted, pulped, and mechanically washed without fermentation to preserve the pure, unadulterated character of the terroir. The coffee is then dried for 12 days on raised African beds, turned every hour and protected from direct sun during the hottest hours, before resting in a warehouse to stabilise its aromas prior to export. The result is a bright, elegant filter coffee with exceptional clarity — notes of jasmine, white peach, and delicate sencha tea in every cup.
