PRODIGAL - Las Perlitas Chiroso

This release marks a notable moment for the Perlitas project, introducing for the first time an all-Chiroso lot. While Perlitas is typically composed of varieties such as Caturra and Pink Bourbon, this edition highlights a single-variety expression built entirely around Chiroso.

Chiroso is a rapidly expanding variety in Colombia, gaining recognition for its refined cup quality. Often associated with Ethiopian landrace lineage, it offers a distinctive and elegant profile known for clarity and complexity.

In the cup, expect delicate notes of orange and raisin, supported by vibrant juiciness and a clean structure. The result is a polished and expressive coffee that showcases the unique character of the Chiroso variety.
