Keramo is produced by 1,500 smallholder farmers in partnership with Daye Bensa in the renowned coffee-growing region of Sidama, Ethiopia. This washed JARC 74112 variety is cultivated at elevations reaching 2,300 meters above sea level, where the cool climate and high altitude contribute to exceptional quality and complexity.
Processed at the Keramo Adara station, this coffee is roasted to highlight sweetness, balance, and body in espresso preparation. The result is a smooth and refined cup with vibrant character, structured acidity, and a clean finish that showcases the unique qualities of Ethiopian coffee.
