Dancing Goats is De Mello’s signature coffee and one of the roaster’s longest-running favourites. Sourced from a group of small producers in Machado, Minas Gerais, Brazil, this naturally processed Yellow Catuai delivers the smooth, comforting profile that has made it a De Mello staple.
Expect a rich and balanced cup with notes of milk chocolate, vanilla and dark cherry. Its rounded sweetness, gentle acidity and satisfying body make it an exceptionally approachable coffee—delicious black, but especially well suited to espresso and milk-based drinks.
