Ethiopia Washed Mascincho Premium comes from Big Sur Coffee, sourced from the Yaye-Testi washing station in Mandame village, Chericho municipality, Arbegona district, Sidama, Ethiopia, at 2,300 MASL. Named after a large tree growing at the centre of the Yaye washing station — symbolising the deep roots and strong foundation of Testi's work — the Mascincho Premium is the standout lot from the station, consistently impressing in every blind cupping session. This 74158 variety, harvested December 2025 to January 2026, is washed and dried with meticulous care. The result is a light, airy, and deeply elegant cup: white flowers and jasmine green tea lead the way, followed by vibrant citrus, and a sweet apricot-peach finish with a long, refined close.
