Grown in the highlands of Sidama, Ethiopia, this premium Grade 1 coffee comes from the Gara Agena washing station, where elevations of 2,035–2,250 metres provide ideal conditions for slow cherry maturation and exceptional flavour development. Carefully washed and fermented for 36 hours before drying on raised beds, this lot delivers remarkable clarity and sweetness.

This super light roast offers vibrant notes of mangosteen and lime, balanced by the delicate sweetness of ripe apricot. Bright, clean, and beautifully expressive, it captures the floral elegance and lively fruit character that make Ethiopia's finest coffees so distinctive.
