Ethiopia Sidama Bura Keramo Gara Agena G1 Premium Washed comes from Big Sur Coffee, sourced from the Gara Agena washing station in Hayissa Olocho village, Bura Keramo, Sidama, Ethiopia, at 2,035–2,250 MASL. This marks Big Sur's second year featuring this exceptional lot. Gara Agena is one of Testi Specialty Coffee's newest and highest-altitude stations, operated by the Yonis family beside the scenic Geta River, with around 450 smallholder farmers delivering cherry during the season. The 74158 variety undergoes 36 hours of wet fermentation before being slowly dried on raised beds in a shaded, well-ventilated area for 21 days. The result is a vibrant, elegant cup with a unique mangosteen character, bright lime, and a gentle apricot-like sweetness.
