Tasting notes: Pomegranate, Dates, Creamy Vanilla

Pom Pom comes from the Nyungwe washing station in Nyamasheke, Rwanda, which works with 1,047 smallholder farmers. The station supports its community through a coffee nursery and manages water responsibly with a closed-water system, wastewater treatment and composting.

Ripe Bourbon cherries are processed naturally and dried across 49 raised beds. This careful drying preserves clarity and sweetness, bringing together pomegranate-like brightness, the rich sweetness of dates and a smooth vanilla finish.
