This specific lot was processed by Andres Martinez, a biochemical engineer and producer who applies a scientific approach to standardize quality. The volcanic soil and slow maturation at these heights result in a smooth, comforting, and sweet cup, characterized by soft fruit notes of peach and apple with a rich milk chocolate and raisin finish
